·4 months agoThe rules for international accounts are different that for US [this is the USA forum] sellers. Still as others have said, if you lost selling privileges, it is highly unlikely you can get them back if you were permanently closed down from selling.
We can't help you with your issues on your account, only Ebay can. The international seller performance requirements are strict.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·4 months agoHow are you helping people "get accounts back" but are asking (in a public forum) such rudimentary questions about how to do it? The answer is, you can't. It's ebay's site, and right or wrong there are lines you can't step over.
And information on how to get around that isn't something I would share in public, even if I knew.

·4 months ago@dealsking95 You cannot help anybody get their eBay account back when it has been suspended or closed. When eBay says you are done, you are done. Stop trying to scam people out of their money! 😠
