Accidentally Marked Item as Paid - HELP
I was going to create an invoice for a buyer and with the scroll of my mouse, accidentally hit the button underneath - "mark as paid." The transaction is showing on both ends as paid; I called ebay and their suggestion was to have a payment done through Paypal and put screenshots of the transaction in our messages. However, when I try to put an email address in our messages for Paypal, ebay kicks the message back flagged as an off-eBay transaction. The only other way to alleviate this is to cancel the order, which is roughly 100 baseball cards. However, I don't trust ebay to not send the buyer money EVEN THOUGH he never really sent anything. Any ideas out there?

·1 year agoThere used to be an option to "mark as unpaid" - see if that's available.

·1 year agoNo No NO, you cannot take a transaction off of eBay. Bad advice.
If you try doing this you put your account at risk .
