Accidentally deleted unpaid/paid items from sold tab
I accidentally deleted unpaid and paid items from the Sold tab. eBay told me there isn’t a way to restore the items. Just checking to see if I received correct information.

·3 years agoIf you're trying to find to relist or something...do you see them when searching your sold/completed listings:

I checked my app and saw a way to delete what you describe, but deleting all of them by accident seemed to be a stretch.
More details would be helpful.

·3 years agoAre you sure you did remove them? I have seen things go away and come back on their own later with eBay.

·3 years agoThere’s no way that you can delete sold items. Any items you sold would be under the ORDERS tab in the Seller Hub.
All Orders
Awaiting Payment
Awaiting Shipping
Paid and Shipped
Cancelations
Returns
Requests And Disputes
Shipping Labels
Unless they age off in 90 days you can still find it in All Transactions under Payments in the Seller Hub.

·3 years agoin addition to the above if you click on "Overview" and find the block headed "Listings" there is a link "Unsold and not relisted". Click on that and on the next page on the left is a link "ended" (which is different from unsold". You may find them there.

OP3 years agoI’m assuming your reply applies to the All Selling view ( Seller Hub?) I tried switching in the past as it was overwhelming. The page I am on (using iPad ) states My eBay Sold. It lists all the items sold, unpaid and paid. This is where I meant to delete one sold item and accidentally deleted all but 4. Any advice on this page of how I could recover the items would be most appreciative. Thank you for all your help!

·3 years agoI’m using an iPad with Safari browser. If your on the app use the browser and you will find what your looking for.
