Never, ever, post your personal address, email address, etc, on a public forum like this. It is only going to get the attention of people who want to scam you.
Your question is very unclear. Please make a new post without any of the personal details, and describe simply what is going on and what you are trying to do. This post is likely going to be locked by the moderators soon because it’s old.

·2 years agoThis can also happen if you have enabled "auto-cancel after x # of days w/o payment", but a particular transaction has a reason for a longer payment window that buyer and seller both agree with. That's how I managed to do it and I felt horrible for the buyer, it was a VERY stupid mistake on my part, but it was a genuine accident.

·3 years agoSame as the above, I'm curious as to how you accidentally cancel. It's like 2 or 3 steps to accomplish.

·3 years agoThe way that I managed to do it was that a buyer asked to cancel by ebay message and I was in a hurry and actually canceled a identical order that was placed and shipped the day before.

·3 years agoHow does one accidentally click cancel order? There is no such thing as Un-cancel.
You’ll need to apologize to your buyer and hope he/she really wants the item. Otherwise, you may have lost a sale due to your “accident.â€

·3 years agoNo-message the buyer and let them know. If it was an auction, you can relist for a Buy It Now for the price of the ending auction bid.
