Accepted Offers sitting in "Pendng" status
Having trouble lately after I've accepted a buyer offer, it sits fort extended period of time in Pending stage and i cant send an invoice.

·2 years agoDo you have your Seller Preferences set to automatically Cancel unpaid transactions? This would kick in after 96 hours and the deadbeat also gets a Strike.
Do you have your Buyer Requirements set to automatically Block customers with Strikes for Unpaid Item Disputes (UID)?

^^^ This is a non-issue... eBay's payment reminder(s) go to your buyer. Invoices sent reset the buyer's payment window.

·2 years agoI just wait for buyer to pay no need to send an invoice. 98 out of 100 pay.

OP2 years agothat may be true but when theyve asked for combined shipping, I need to be able to send an invoice that shows that adjusted cost

OP2 years agoalso, it only happens intermittently that last couple of months. Some accepted offers seem to work justy fine. I accept an offer(s), I get a notification of the sale and i send an invoice if needed. Other times, stuck in pending. Sometimes for a day or 2. Then it may shgow as sold and i can move forward

·2 years agoIt's "sitting" because the buyer hasn't paid. There is no need for you to send an invoice, eBay has taken care of that the moment you accepted the offer.
