About dispute
Hello everyone,
Good morning!
I have received an email on 13 April 2026 that the buyer filed "Payment dispute filed: Dispute #5009808512". He (buyer) has received the packet on the same day. I already reply of the mail to eBay on the same day. Again today I have received an email from eBay to respond to it. I responded to this.
Please guide for it.

·4 months agoYou only needed to upload the tracking# into the dispute case to prove they received the item.
