About changing personal information in my account
When I first create this account I create it using my dad's name and ID. And I did it about year ago. Now I'm 19 and my ID just came so will it be a problem if I change my account's name and ID to my name and ID. Will I get suspended for this.

Why not just open a new account with your own current information?
You know about Payoneer, right?

You are assuming the OP wants to sell. Payoneer isn’t required for buying.
The account you are trying to change belongs to your father all of his information was used to create the account. What you are attempting to do will cause errors and possible suspension because eBay does not allow the transfer of accounts.
You will have to create a new account with a new email address and your personal information.
If your dad doesn’t want to use the account that is in his name it can be closed.
