A silly question is this possible?
For months and months I have been trying to sell one shirt from a lot of 100 I purchased at a thrift store and not had one single view on any of the listing versions I have tried. I thought maybe I had done something wrong or eBay was not showing my listing for some strange reason. I have had no offers, inquiries, nothing, what is it? are the shirts infringement on the maker or what? Any suggestions on how to sell them would be nice, thank you. ·10 months agoI'd take a picture of the shirt with a clean background. I wouldn't bother buying a new shirt that is lying partially under a car. If you don't have a clean white area to take photos, go the library and find a empty reading room to take pics.
Change the title to something like 'NEW Oregon Ducks T shirt DUCK U logo XL 100% cotton GREEN/YELLOW'
The Ducks have a football team ranked in the top 10 nationally - try to take advantage of their branding to drive your sales. If no sales after a few days (or a week or so), tweak the price again. Holiday shoppers are looking for unique gifts before Christmas

OP10 months agoOk thanks who replied with helpful advise, I will lower the price. That still does not explain 0 views, in the whole world, with millions of viewers, why no one clicked on the advert, let alone read any of the descriptions of the item, unless eBays views report is erroneous!

Or even just Oregon?
Or Oregon Ducks?
They are a popular team with a strong following, particularly during football season.
Would you get views if you added Oregon to the title or even item specifics?

·10 months agoYes, that made me wonder too. Actually, I would wear it if I had one, because I grew up in Duck, West Virginia. Not having Oregon anywhere is appealing to me, but probably only me.

·10 months agoThat actually makes sense if it's dramatically overpriced, it may have not shown up in many searches if they were searching by the lowest price, and when it did show up, it didn't attract them enough for them to click through and view it.

Does it have any significance beyond messaging the viewer Duck U?
Is it expected to have meaning to a University of Oregon Ducks fan?
Looks like an unlicensed hand screened T on a Glidan blank that someone made too many of.
This is clearly not an area in which I have expertise or even the slightest interest in, but I am curious as to why someone would buy 100 of these.

There is no reason for a seller to use AI for flowery descriptions.
Its a turn off for many buyers.

·10 months agoImportant thing is to price the item correctly, so your item appears on Page 1 when the customer does a search. Inflated "or best offer pricing" does not help the Seller if your item never gets seen.

made immediately think they were stolen from the gear store.
Those wouldn't influence views since they are in description, but I'd rethink....

·10 months agoThere are something like 11,000,000 T shirts on eBay - the place is saturated with them, and most are pretty cheap. My feeling is that these surplussed Ts may not have much of a market. It's not the T shirt's fault, but I would knock that price down
