A New Scam
Summary: nh_sales_lv shared an experience about a scam involving a buyer who purchased a swivel holder for an RV ladder. The buyer initially bought a similar item from a different seller that didn’t fit and then purchased nh_sales_lv's correctly fitting item. After receiving it, the buyer initiated a return for the wrong item, sending back the incorrect part from the other seller to obtain a refund while keeping nh_sales_lv's part. This resulted in a financial loss due to the different shipping rates.
Hey All, I got hit with a new scam today. A buyer bought a swivel holder for his RV ladder from me. He purchased a similar item from another Ebay Seller but that part he purchased didn't fit.
So he went to my store and purchased the right part. He then opened a Ordered wrong item return and sent me the part that didn't fit his application to get a refund, Meanwhile he kept my part that fit.
The item in question was 12.99 + 9.99 shipping. I'm sure he returned it to me because mine was priced higher as I don't get the Government Subsidized Shipping rates like "They" do.
Scroungy people, I tell you what.
