A glitch in ebay labels? NO USPS DISCOUNT OFFERED JUST ONLINE PRICE

I have sold about 6 items last month 3 had a shipping charges other 3 Free Ship On all 6 ebay offered discounted shipping labels for all vendors, USPS included I just sold 2 items Saturday that I have NOT shipped. BOTH had shipping charges. One I can purchase the normal discounted shipping labels. The other 1 only offers a discount on FEDEX and UPS NO discount with USPS $7.87 a 4oz package so actually cheaper to put in box and ship FEDEX (who are thieves BTW) Either a glitch or this person lives in such a weird part of Maryland that they do not offer discounts????????????????

·1 month agoI have been charged with a couple of $7.87 shipping labels for 4 oz. packages.
I have blocked AK, HI, PR as that are considered "rural."

·1 month agoYes. USPS is pricing many of my thin, lightweight items for $7.99-$10.00 for 6oz or so and I have people questioning it.
USPS prices went up twice in August.
