550+ ended Listings - all gone
Summary: designers*n*more reported that eBay deleted all their ended listings, amounting to thousands of hours of work, following recent changes related to seller fees. They are seeking advice as to whether these changes affect the duration before listings are deleted. 44012 and caldreamer suggested that the issue could be location-specific to eBay Australia and advised checking the appropriate regional forum. theydontfitme mentioned experiencing a similar issue due to what was claimed as a technical glitch, while lakefor94 provided information on how listing durations are managed in the US. A participant humorously requested eBay to delete all their listings without charging fees.
Since the new changes came into effect, “no seller fees” eBay deleted 400 ended listings. I’ve just logged in and now they have deleted all my ended listings. 1000s of hours spent writing all my listings and they’re all gone.
Has there been changes to ended items in terms of how long before eBay delete all my them?
Has anyone else suffered same?

·1 month agoIn the USA, they disappear after 90 days & have for many, many years. No changes. Not sure in AUS though.

Here in the states ended listings stay there for 90 days and then are deleted.
If you use the Out Of Stock option and have quantity at 0, they don't delete those for 5-6 months.

They can't be retrieved.
They said it was a technical glitch.
I feel it's malicious.
Only a select few have it happen to them.

Sorry this happened to you and I wish you the best of luck!

·1 month agoHello, I believe that you are in Australia and this is the US board - I am not sure that anyone here can answer the question since we still have seller fees and are not having those changes that I am aware of - yet.
First, are you signed into the correct ebay account setting for Australia to see if your items are there? I thought maybe you were looking at a different Ebay site.
Can you find the Australian forum board and see if you can post your question there and perhaps someone will be able to help?
I do see that you have 33 listed items at this time......
So sorry this is happening. No one needs frustration......
