500 1 week auctions didn't re-list after a single week
My eBay account has been suspect every month for years as random items simply end instead of automatic Re-listing like they are supposed to. This was only really obvious when a buyer sent me an offer which I accepted in the moments before the listing ended but although the item showed sold it would not let her send money and I asked the buyer to be patient for the auto-relist but the item never relisted and there are no notes saying that it has already been relisted x amount of times like it should have if it needs to be manually relisted. It simply ended. This was about November 6 in which I noticed that despite using at least 220 of my monthly 250 "free listings" I have less than 80 current listings and I use all 259 listings every month so the quick math says I was missing more than 400 listings already by the 1st week of November. This was reported but still not fixed. November 15 I still haven't heard back from ebay so I called again and spoke with a supervisor that agreed with the math and suggested I relist 500 items manually and he could credit my account for the out of pocket fees for what should have been free. I eventually got an email saying that they are working on the credit but those 500 listings ended already a single week later and I still don't have the credit and I again have less than 100 listings active despite using all 250 listings every month and only a handful of sales happened in the single week I had 500 listings. What do I do now?

·1 year agoIf you're talking about the free relist on auctions, they don't last forever.
Looking at your sold auctions, you're only getting 1 bid, not even worth doing auctions.

·1 year agoI'm actually surprised you still had the free auction relists. You sell more than I do, although I've been around longer, but I never have had that option.

·1 year agoI'm pretty sure that the auto-relist of Auctions is no longer available for you. It's restricted to new/infrequent sellers.
