4 Items purchased at the same time: 1 transaction or 4 as far as Seller Dashboard?
Hello,
I had a buyer purchase and pay for 4 items at the same time. All were shipped in 1 box. As far as Seller Dashboard is concerned, is this 4 transactions or 1 transaction?

·2 years agoWell, if you only had one payment, then it was one transaction, regardless of the number of items bundled into it.

Would the buyer have to request and receive a "combined invoice" for it to count as ONE transaction?
I know that when put items in my cart, or win a few auctions from the same seller (that seem to end up in the cart as well) and I go to check out.....I can pay all at once but the full shipping is assigned to each. So if I pay BEFORE getting a combined total on four items, does the seller get a 40 cent hit on each of those? and only one 40 cent fee if they are more formally combined?

·2 years agoIf you can pay for all four items at once and do so, it's one transaction, regardless of whether the Shipping has been revised by the seller or is simply the total of all four separate charges. If you bought (i.e. paid for) each item separately, that would be four transactions.

·2 years ago1 transaction but all 4 items should each have the same tracking added...not just one item or the box.
Some buyers...somewhat rare...but it does happen...will say only one item is in the box because there was only tracking for one item...not four.
