Ship 10Lbs trampoline net size 28x7x12
Buyer Ship back small mail via Fedex Tracking
If you go to website Fedex has picture of actual delivery being a small polymailer
Also Item arrived mailing label is to South Carolina and it arrived on 4/30 Item.
Return was initiated and shipped from Texas on 5/1 Impossible to have item in SC send to Texas to be return within 1 day
 
Went to Ebay Facebook
Their response is

The buyer will not be able to escalate the case since they are no longer eligible for our eBay Money Back Guarantee and will not get a refund. I don't believe the buyer can escalate. I am worried that the refund becomes automatic once deadline passes and funds return and I get a defect.

·1 year agoYou are worrying over nothing. The buyer cannot escalate and eBay will not force a refund. With no escalation there is no case and therefore no defect. As far as the eBay return goes, put it out of your mind. Within a few days your funds will be released and you can ignore the return which will hang open until it eventually times out.

·1 year agoWhy is the buyer no longer eligible for Money Back Guarantee? Is it because they filed for the return 30+ days after your original package was scanned as delivered to them? If so, you're covered. Ebay will not act on any return that a buyer files past 30 days since they are ineligible for MBG. Despite ebay allowing the buyer to still file for the return (which doesn't make sense), ebay will not step in and force any refund. Not sure how it deals with dings tho in terms of getting not as described marks or not.

·1 year agoYou have it writing from eBay that you will be refunded. You should be ok. I would not worry about it unless the refund is not issued in a few days.
