·1 year agoIf eBay wants to end your store, it does not attack it. In the User Agreement, all that is required is for it to notify you that your store is closed and all your listings will be removed. It does not need a reason to do so but this is not what is happening here. You have not been shut down. However, what do the notices you received say? Until you share the details we cannot help you. Please come back and tell us what eBay is requiring differently of you now that listings are being removed? Are they asking for receipts?

·1 year agoThe emails you got from Ebay notifying you that a listing was being taken down likely told you more than you are sharing here. You may not have agreed with it, but it likely said more. Please share. It will help us to help you.

·1 year agoEbay is not "attacking" your store or listings.
The more you sell, the more ebay makes.
There is a REASON for them removing your listings.
Figure out what it is and fix it.

·1 year agoNow I'm totally confused! Do they put different name brands on the same item in the same pattern?
The following pictures show identical items listed as different brands.

·1 year ago@albertabrightalberta I believe Ajka manufactures for quite a number of prestige brands.

·1 year agoAjka is just a city in Hungary and like porcelain from Limoges France there may be many manufacturers. Some more 'legitimate' than others.

·1 year ago"Ajka Crystal has been one of the most prestigious workshops in the European glass industry since its founding in 1878."
I don't know if they do white label manufacturing for these other houses or collabs or what.

·1 year agoIt wouldn't surprise me, after suddenly having to replace my 8 year old disposal yesterday in my 8 year old new house b/c it had corroded all the way through & water was running straight out the bottom, I discovered that most brands of disposals are made by the same company. Lots of other plumbing stuff too. The quality line & the 'value' line & the 'super value' line LOL.

You have 89 active listings with "Ajka" in the titles so it doesn't seem to be the brand that is in question.

·1 year ago@thecrystallady55 What did this notice actually say? That's the starting point to understanding what's going on. CS (or ourselves) isn't going to be of any help if we don't know exactly what happened.

·1 year agoTitles with wine, vodka, champagne, etc., may get flagged for being alcohol.

·1 year agoMaybe use the title "Bar Glass" or "Drink Glass" or something like that to get around being flagged for alcohol.

·1 year agoEBAY does not make any money if your store goes out of business (so that can't be the reason). I see many other sellers offer Ajka crystal glasses so there must be something in your EBAY listing that is triggering EBAY bots to target your items. Now that you are on the radar of EBAY bots...don't relist these items or EBAY may terminate your account.
I would contact EBAY customer service and see if they can offer an explanation.

·1 year agoYou are not addressing eBay or their employees on the community pages, we are other buyers and sellers. You should have received messages about why they were pulled. What did those messages say? You still have a number of listings with the name AJKA in the title, so there must have been something in those listings that caused them to be removed.
