Geesh!
1. Scent is a relative thing. This pomegranate scented soap smelled strongly fruity to my daughter and myself so it was double plastic zipper bagged from when we received it to when it arrived to buyer. Not peep from buyer.
2. This one frosts my cookies. Listing titled stated tidbit and salsa bowls. Items specifics and description stated exact diameter and height. Description also stated for serving salsa, nuts, snacks, etc. Apparently buyer either cannot or chose not to read the listing description, item specifics nor the title. So I get a neutral because ..................... (Listing is still live for those who want to confirm size info). Again, not a peep from buyer.
Both added to my blocked list. Sigh.

Totally unwarranted.
Item was described perfectly.
It doesn't matter that the buyer "thought" they would be bigger.
I don't think ebay will remove this.

This is clearly a product review.
I think you have a chance of getting this removed.
I have got product review feedback removed before.

·2 years agoand if you had, for those that cannot understand measurements, placed an object of known visually determinable size in/near a bowl, likely they would have complained that they did not get that object, or it may have helped them
some have no concept of size unless they can visually compare it side by side with something that they know.

·2 years agoI have always found it sad that when the listing directly conflicts with what the buyer is saying in the feedback that we can't get it removed.
FYI, those are really pretty little bowls. Your listing was written very well. All the info was there for the buyer to consider, clearly they didn't even take the time.
