1/8 was last estimated delivery date - did INR timed out yesterday?
OK, first of all if the window to open an INR case has timed out - 1/8 was last estimated delivery date so it has, right? - and this never gets there we will refund.
Sold on 12/31 and because we have the sold page set to show this year we lost track of this, and buyer never contacted us till today.
The tracking info on ebay and PO web site show: shipped by Ground adv on 12/31. Scanned 1/3 in El Paso [correct]. Last scanned 1/7 with no location and - 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late' note.
Post office tracking print out shows a scan on 1/3 in upstate NY [correct] then four 'system generated' till 1/7. Nothing after that.
Opened missing mail bit.

·2 years agoDid buyer open an INR? if so, input tracking; ebay typically has the buyer 'wait' since the tracking shows "still moving but arriving late"...which it usually gets there.

OP2 years agoNo case as of now - and if we understand the INR system correctly, since the official ebay "last estimated delivery date" was 1/8, which is now 31 consecutive days later, our buyer has waited too long, correct?
And again, if it is never found or delivered, we will refund him even if we have to mail him a check. He will get refunded.
