Hello Community,I have been selling on eBay since 2008 with a strong feedback record and quality merchandise. Unfortunately, a recent regulation in my country has created a situation that severely impacted my account.At the beginning of this year, a new law required me to register as an exporter. The registration process took about a month, and during this period my local post office started returning packages unless they were shipped through the designated exporterâ€™s portal.Because of this, I had around 10 sales that I was forced to cancel. The only cancellation option available was â€œSeller out of stock,â€ which counted against me and badly affected my BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) metrics.eBay then gave me a chance to improve my BBE. However, since I still had unresolved issues with the post office, I placed my store on vacation for a month to avoid further problems. During this time, I could not improve my BBE because I had no sales activity.Once everything was sorted with the post office, I resumed selling and had a full month of smooth, successful transactions. Unfortunately, when eBay re-evaluated my account, it was based on the inactive month rather than my recent positive sales. As a result, my store was closed and I was informed that there is no appeal.This situation feels unfair since the cancellations were caused by new government regulations outside of my control, and my subsequent positive sales activity was not taken into account.I would like to ask:Is there any way to have my account re-evaluated based on my actual recent selling history rather than the forced downtime?Can eBay Support take into consideration that this was a regulatory issue, not poor seller performance?What steps can I take to restore my selling privileges on eBay after more than 15 years of successful selling?I greatly value the eBay community and hope there is a path forward. Any guidance from experienced sellers or eBay staff would be appreciated.
