1099-k
I legally changed my name and it’s time that I file my taxes this year. However my 1099-k reflects my old name; which was my legal name when I created my eBay account. I’m confused as to if this will affect my tax filing and return. I contacted eBay for an updated 1099-k which would reflect my new legal name, however they never sent a new form or updated it within the system

Claim the amount on your taxes and you'll be good.
