Hey, if you've not resolved this, it can be buried in the new Seller Hub layout. Here is the quickest path to get your 2025 totals for your taxes:
Go to Seller Hub: Hover over the 'Payments' tab.
Select 'Reports': In the dropdown or the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Reports'.
Financial Summary: You will see a box for 'Financial Summary'.
Set the Date Range: Click the date filter and select 'Custom'. Set it from 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.
Download PDF: Click the 'Create Report' or 'Download' button.
This summary is great for seeing your gross sales, eBay fees, and shipping label costs in one place.
However, if you are looking for your official 1099-K form (if you met the IRS threshold), that is found under Payments > Taxes. Usually, eBay makes those available by January 31st.
If you want more details, you can also download the 'Transaction Report' as a CSV (Excel) file from the same page, which gives you a line-by-line breakdown of every single penny that moved in your account.
