What happened to my stores categories?
All 3 of my stores no longer display all the categories that I had set up. All I see is 'Category', and 'All'(both not clickable). Is this something permanent or a server glitch?

When viewing your stores today, I am showing that all store categories are present again. Would you mind checking on your side, and let me know if it's still an issue?

Is that how eBay personnel/helpers/techs usually appear? I initially considered the possibility that you're a prankster. Some kind of unmistakable "official" designation is what I expected.

eBay staff members will have an eBay logo, a "staff" label, and a blue border around the post.
Buyers and sellers who have departed from eBay and have closed their accounts are denoted as "anonymous". Staff members who depart are labeled as "alumni".
Unfortunately, when the community made this change last year, a few of the departed staff members were overlooked and were turned into "anonymous" instead of "alumni". I think it mostly happened on this "seller-tools" forum.
