URGENT - Listing through Datafeedwatch
Hi,
I've been try to create a listing via Datafeedwatch but I'm unable to do so. The connection is properly established but still the listing isn't coming up on eBay US. I've tried several times.
Datafeedwatch shows that the channel feed is ready but still the listing doesn't come up on eBay. I tried to talk to their support they told me that everytime item has been sent to the SFTP server from their side. It's an issue from the eBay side and only eBay can resolve this. When I talk to eBay support they say that we can't help you because we don't endorse 3rd party tools. It's quite frustrating from me because I wasn't able to list a single item via Datafeedwatch from the past 1.5 week.
Can anyone help me in this?

·1 year agoDid you check to see if Datafeedwatch is on of the third party application eBay allows? If it isn’t in the list you can’t use it.

Where are you trying to dropship from...

OP1 year agoI'm not dropshipping. It's my client's account on which I'm trying to do the listing but unable to do so.

·1 year agoAre you registered as a seller with a Payoneer account? Are the items you want to sell in Pakistan, if not you need approval to sell from a forward deployed warehouse.
Try filling out a listing form yourself. No need for a middleman.

·1 year agoI don't know the program you are using "datafeedwatch" but they should know that Ebay will not endorse, nor support a 3rd party application. It's up to them to resolve the issue with Ebay (maybe that is what they were telling you) or not charge you to use that app.
The only other advice I might give you is to try out on the web somewhere to see if others are having that same issue or other 3rd party bulk listing apps struggling at the moment. I would assume so, if this is an FTP issue.

OP1 year agoI have checked but the other 3rd party tools are working fine. None of them have such issue. I'm sure that this issue is from Datafeedwatch but they're not ready to accept it and putting it on eBay.
