unable to create and send store newsletter today March 18
For hours today I have been trying to create a store newsletter and send it. The newsletter creation is not working. Starts on the first page where I try to select recipients.
I started a sale and I cannot let anyone know as the newsletter seller tool IS NOT WORKING
Frustratingly I contacted support and of course they couldn't understand what the problem was and of course I couldn't get anyone to really tell them about the issue.

OP5 months agoGood morning, I requested a call this morning and an agent Victor sent a ticket to tech about the problem
He said a ticket had not been submitted yesterday after over 2 hours on chat......
Hopefully Victor did send a ticket to tech.
I will respond to you when anything changes
my recommendation to you would be to request a call from an agent and report the same problem- there is a glitch somewhere causing this

OP5 months agoMine is functioning now- just sent a newsletter- hope you are able to get yours sent as well
I had an agent call me- he's the one that submitted the ticket so it was corrected and working
