Tagging
Hi. Not to sound SO new, but what is tagging and how does it work and is it something I should add to my “stay on top of†list?

Tagging on this forum is adding a searchable keyword to your post.
If you're referring to marketing on social media, hashtags are common so people following those tags can find your items more easily.
If you're referring to creating eBay listings then I don't understand what you're asking without more context. There is no tagging feature on eBay listings.
