Sold Items Missing from Seller Hub Research?
I’ve noticed that some sold items, which I can find using the regular ebay search (filtering by sold listings), are not showing up in the Seller Hub Research section.
There’s a specific reason behind it?

·1 year agoRegular search is not reliable if you want real sales data.
Product Research shows only items that were paid for. Search shows everything "sold" even if not paid and transaction is cancelled.
Product Research shows actual sold prices. Search just shows the listing price even if the item was sold with an order discount or an offer.
Items will be removed from product research results if transactions are refunded.
Bottom line: Product Research is an accurate tool for sold prices on successful transactions. Regular search is not meant to work that way.
