I used USPS shipping .. did not use ebay labels.. my item was shipped and received.. but funds are still not released.. tracking says delivered..what do I do to get funds released?

It doesn't matter whether or not you use eBay labels. Making sure the tracking number is added to the sale is what is important. eBay labels will automatically add the tracking. If you purchase your label at the post office, you'll need to bring back the tracking number and type it into the slot on your sold items screen.

Did you add the tracking number to the order?

Since you're a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days.
