Way better to use a 3rd party tool like flowlister so you can use a mounted document camera for photos instead of trying to take them with your phone. You can probably find a coupon code for flowlister with google.
What happened is you were relying on AI to do the work for you. Technology is great when it works as intended but can be disappointing if one relies too much on it............................
