If you want to contact customer service, eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly, but there are several ways to contact them.
You can talk all you want, but if you want REAL WORLD answers- spill your story here where there are many experienced ebay users that can direct you to 'what to do'.
I go to eBay's Facebook page and message them through there. They get back to you within 20 min to a couple hours depending on how busy they are. Hope this helps!
