Seller's Listings Search Bar
I have almost 1,000 listings on ebay and when I want to look up or change a listing I have to search all 1,000 to find the one I need. The seller's search bar for the listings is not working and I am spending much too much time looking through all my listings to find one.
I have chatted, posted, typed ebay to fix this. I don't know why they don't. My time would be much better spent if that listing search bar was working.

·8 months ago@susuosu I assume you are trying to search for your items in the seller hub where you have a search bubble like this for Active Listings?
I noticed that the behavior of the search bubble changed a bit a couple of months ago. Now when you type, you also get a drop-down:
A) If you type something like abc in the search bubble and press ENTER only it searches your listings title, SKU, and item number.
B) If you type something like abc in the search bubble and then arrow down to custom label and click, it searches only the SKU.
C) If you type something like abc in the search bubble and then arrow down to item description and click, it searches only the item description.
It took a bit to get used to. More than likely, you want to search the item title, so you only want to use METHOD A.
Perhaps does this help explain what you are experiencing?

·8 months agoIndependent of eBay, you should be able to due a per page basic computer search of your items to find the one you are looking for.
Example, I search your first page of 240 listings for tiny and came up with 8 occurrences of tiny.
As you press the up or down arrow you are are taken to each occurrence of tiny and tiny is highlighted.
What are you trying to find within your listings?

·8 months agoUse Seller Hub, Active Listings; then input a keyword or 2 when the actives come up.

·8 months agoHave you tried using a different browser to see if that is causing the issue?
If you go to "Active Listings", there is a search bar there. Type what you are looking for and click "Enter". If its not working, you can report a technical error to ebay. On the bottom right corner of that page will be a circle button with "?" in it. Click that then click "report a technical problem".
