Seller Beware!!! New Scam BUYER, same old address.
Buyer is now using the address in Oregon although they are in Taiwan. The address is a shipper and you ship your item, they say they never received it and get refunded and have your item and keep their money. Same scam using different eBay profiles. EBay has known about this for some time but it is still going on for some reason. Buyer Beware Got me on a buy it now because there is no way of stopping a BiN.

·1 year agoif you deliver with tracking, you're covered. i sell a lot to rerouting people in OR, NJ and Miami and never had trouble. i assume these are international flippers or whatever their story is

·1 year agoThey are reshippers. The reshippers in Oregon are up north in/around Portland.
Portland has the Portland Harbor, Portland Airport, and no sales tax.
They save sales tax using reshippers in the Portland Oregon area.

·1 year agoBuyers are allowed to have more than one shipping address on file with eBay.
Buyers cannot file successful claims of non-delivery with eBay if the seller uses delivery confirmation (and signature confirmation if the item is valuable enough) and the item's tracking shows delivery to the shipping address used in the transaction details.
If this purchase is from something sold under the same ID you used to post here, I don't think a $150 bag is worth most scammers' time and effort.
