"Save to Inventory" page not working?
Hi everyone, can someone who has unsold listings try and save them to inventory and see if the page works? Mine hasn't worked for at least a week now. I use it to save old listings.

If you haven't done so already, please fill out the form on the top of the inventory page telling eBay why it's essential - they are considering getting rid of it which would be devastating.

OP8 months agoThank you. This is what happens to be no matter what browser or device I use. Do you have any suggestions? Are you using Chrome or Safari? Thank you in advance.

·8 months agoUsing Safari on classic web. I see you are using mobile web. Do you have access to a laptop (or desktop) to test this? It could help pinpoint if this is account-specific or if it's a mobile web error.

OP8 months agoI just tried on my desktop with both Chrome and Safari and same error message. I called eBay and they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Ugh, so frustrating!

·8 months agoStart by tapping the ? on the lower right of most eBay pages and click the link to report a tech issue. Include a link to this thread in your comments and let eBay know there are screenshots here.
Is this only happening when you try to add ended listings to inventory? What happens when you try to add active listings to inventory?
For the record, I've been adding ended listings to inventory for the most part, just trying to see if we can gather more info on this and maybe find some ways to troubleshoot, or at minimum have more details for eBay investigating the error.
