Ridgid Framing Nailer - Removed even after Recall.

Posted Ridgid Nailer 3 weeks ago. Within an hour the posting was removed due to policy safety whatever. Find out the nailer is recalled due to safety concerns. So I contact Ridgid and I ship it out to be repaired the same day. Takes 2 weeks and I get a brand new nailer back, in a new box, new everything. Has tags on it.
So I go to post it again and it's removed the next day. Is it because it has the same model number? What are my options?
When I go to Chat with ebay, I can't get a human. And I tried to call back option and there's no phone call. And I unfiltered all my call filters.

·1 week agoYes, it is just pulling listings based on the model number. Even if you have a safe, non-recalled model eBay's automated system will probably keep pulling it... and it will jeopardize your account even though you did nothing wrong. Don't risk it.
There was an infamous Corning coffee pot that was recalled, the defect corrected and the product re-released. eBay will usually pull any listed, regardless of whether they were a recalled one or a non-recalled one.
