Refund on Shipping
I accidentally ordered 2 shipping labels for the sale of one item. Same item, same buyer. In the end the sale was cancelled.
I am in the process of getting one shipping label refunded but when I try to get the other refund going I get a message saying I have already applied for that refund because the item, the buyer were the same.
Has anyone else had such an issue?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Best,
ellen

·8 months agoAre you following these steps? What you described doesn’t sound like what I would expect you to see.
Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled but is not charged if it is not used). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.

A bit confused... did you accidentally 'Print another label' ("Same item, same buyer" makes me think so...) so that the same tracking number was on both labels? Or did you purchase two labels, with two separate tracking numbers?
