·2 years agoThis is a public peer forum, not CS @us_auctions4u so we cannot check on the status of your MUAA (multi user) request.
Did the permitted user verify they are using Seller Hub? That's required for MUAA.
Did you check the account permissions to make sure messages are selected? Try the steps on this help page:
