From what I see among resellers, List Perfectly and Vendoo probably come up the most, especially with clothing sellers working across Poshmark and Mercari. Popular doesn't automatically mean the best fit for you though. If eBay is your main channel, 3Dsellers is worth a look since it's eBay-authorized and bundles crossposting with listing and inventory tools rather than being crosslisting-only. The pricing models differ quite a bit too, some charge per crossing and some are flat monthly, so it's worth doing the math on your actual listing volume before picking one.
There are a few out there. I would HIGHLY recommend reading the fine print in the TOS and around your data and ownership of data and the sharing of that data before you sign up for one.
I have tried many companie & I also had to add words. I was able to copy/paste very fast. Until they ruined that here, now what use to take me less than 5 minutes takes me at least 15 minutes.
