How do I look at someones feedback that made an offerthat was automatically declined because it was lower than my set offer price?

In your seller hub go to your item that you want to see offers for, click the drop down menu you should see Review all Offers

When you click on the "manage offers" link at the top of the listing page, does it not show the user ID and feedback number? I know that if you're notified of an offer you get the ID and location of the buyer, but if it's automatically declined maybe you don't. Since I don't use that feature I'm not sure.
