"Improvements" that don't improve
Has anyone else noticed that the "Send Offers" page has recently become much harder to use now that every sent offer is followed by a suggestion to promote the listing or edit it? If I want to do either of those things, I know where to find the buttons. After I send an offer, I want that listing to disappear from the "Send Offer" list like it did previously. As it stands, these irritating additions just wreak havoc on my "Send Offer" automation, slow me down, and diminish the possibility that I will ever use promoted listings. eBay, please go back to the previous version of "Send Offers". This so-called "Improvement" is not working!

·10 months agoI usually send offers in bulk, but I just tested and didn't get that screen with a single listing either. I think there was a checkbox to tell it not to show that again, which I had previously checked. Do you see that checkbox, I think in the lower left corner?

OP10 months agoThe first screenshot shot shows what my "Send Offer" screen looks like when I open it. Sometimes the Edit button is a Promote button. The second screenshot shows how the buttons change after I refresh the page. The third screenshot shows how the listing I just sent an offer to hangs around until another screen refresh.

·10 months ago@lost_treasures_return How are you accessing that page that you shared screenshots of? From the link at the top of the Seller Hub? A bookmark? Something else? I always access it from a bookmark myself because I have filtering and sorting as part of that, more customized than the link in the Seller Hub, but I can test whatever you’re doing to see if I can replicate that.
If you haven’t yet, clearing your cache and site data in your browser would be worth a shot.
