I reported a user and they keep modifying their negative feedback
I'm looking to have a eBay User that keeps harassing me over the fact they did not read to be terminated from eBay.
For your information,
This user sends me dumb questions asking me if the device I sell doesn't have a lock on it. I say yes it does due to restore screen.
Then this user proceeds to harass me at 12:30 AM for no apparent reason whatsoever over the phone being locked when he had 3 weeks to reply about this and he never once did, and this user also continues to modify their negative feedback and making false claims.
I have reported this nasty user to eBay and I wonder what I have to do now after this. This is affecting me as a business and I fear not so much for myself, but for other sellers as well.

Thank you for understanding.

·3 years agoWe are not siding with the buyer. We are just pointing out that you too are violating the rules. You have left more than one positive feedback for your buyers with non-positive words. This is a violation of the rules. You are worried about what the buyer is doing, but what you are doing is wrong too. 2 wrongs don't make a right is what I've always been taught.

·3 years agoYou are not allowed to leave negative words within a positive feedback. Yes,you are the one who is violating eBay rules. That member can report you.

OP3 years agoThe other guy did the same thing, what are you talking about? I was fortunate enough to get it removed so that's why I'm not talking to him, so get your facts straight dude.

·3 years agoI might have misworded that. YOUR feedback and replies were not called for.

·3 years agoThose replies, ouch. Reading those isn't going to get any more buyers. Perhaps you can self report them for removal. And you're trying to get them terminated?

OP3 years agoI already got what I needed so thanks anyway. The other two are just asking for trouble and obviously side with buyer.

·3 years agoThe other two are "just asking for trouble"? Did you mean the two others who responded to your message?
And, sorry, eBay does not remove anyone on the basis of a single complaint.

OP3 years agomaybe not over a single compliant but repeated attempts will

·3 years agoIf that buyer reports the feedback he received, you're the one who'll get a feedback misuse ding.
Are you aware that sellers can ONLY leave positive feedback with positive comments?
As for the buyer, add him to your BBL so he can't buy from you any more and ignore any messages he sends.
