how long ebay account to be reinstate after BBE RESTRICTIONS
hello everyone
my EBAY account has been restricted because BBE evaluation since 11 June. the restrictions were limit monthly selling and payment hold and reduce visibility of the items. but I was still sell but refund released after 8 days since order is delivered.
now BBE METRICS for my account are met market average requirements and below market average . when asked the customers service they told me there are no restrictions on my account but the BBE restrictions are still applied on my account . I dont know what I can do to remove these restrictions
i want to remove hold on payments as before restrictions applied . any advice please

·8 months ago@smart.trade.jo, congratulations on making such an improvement, and getting out of the BBE restrictions. We don't often hear good news like this, after a seller's BBE rate goes too high.
I see that you are making more sales on eBay UK and in Europe, recently. That was a good approach to take, with all the difficulties in shipping to the USA since last August. Many international sellers did not like to hear this advice (to list on other eBay sites) but I'm glad to see that it has been working for you.
The payment hold is probably not part of the BBE restrictions any more. eBay uses payment holds for many reasons, and for many sellers, their payments are held for up to 30 days, not depending on the date of delivery. So your current hold of 8 days after delivery has probably already been improved to some extent. With the unpredictable nature of international shipping, it may not get much better than that.

As for your selling limits, they will be gradually increased as you maintain your seller performance and BBE performance ratings. eBay reviews your seller limits every month, but you can also request a review:
