·1 year agoTo have a banner, do we need to have a paid business account? I'm looking at the features for an individual seller account and I just see "logo" as an option. Nothing for banner.

You will need an eBay Store subscription to have access to creating the banner being discussed here. There are fees associated with Store subscriptions. Here are a couple of links to learn more about eBay Store subscriptions:

·2 years agoI also use Canva. The free version offers a lot of options. You can create your own banner and/or logo, or you can use a template and just modify it. Here are a couple that I created using Canva.

I use VistaCreate. You can access VistaCreate from Seller Hub>Store>Edit Store and click on the hyperlink near the top of the page. VistaCreate has both free and paid options available.
