email sold item... is no longer listed - started 03/27/2023
this new email format after an item sells is so annoying. People use the sold information for reference on how much a particular item sells for. Now eBay requires going to a link to see that information which will likely expire. How can we protest this change?

OP3 years agoWhen bidding on items eBay used to send an email after the item sold and what it sold for. Now eBay requires users to click on a link to see what the item sold for. This is NOT HELPFUL when trying to track the trending values of items. The Ebay link will expire... Please will someone fix this back to the way it used to be?

Input an item in the search, up come 1000+ of whatever.
Click 'sold' on the left (scroll down)
1000+ shown and what they sold for

OP3 years agothe first word was email. Emails from eBay. Links in emails from eBay. people shouldn't have to click on a link to ebay to see what an item sold for when eBay used to send that information in an email. Is that clear enough?
