eBay Pics and Videos
I have been having some issues with uploading pics and videos. Pics: When uploading, eBay rotates the pictures sideways after I have already edited them and had them the way I wanted. I then have to go through and re-rotate them after uploading. Videos: eBay tells me that the video is a picture and it should be in jpg format etc. Its .mov and less then the 150 MB. Not sure what else I can do on my end. Seems like an eBay problem.

Rotated photos are usually the result of setting an orientation flag in the photo that is stripped off when it reaches eBay. The native orientation of most devices is landscape, with the physical dimple or button on the right. All other orientations set a flag that tells the image reader that the photo should be displayed with a different orientation than it's native orientation.
Most photo management programs can set a new flag when you rotate the image, but the flag is not valid on eBay. eBay eliminates all EXIF data and flags during upload, and what they get is the raw image data. Therefore, the raw image data must be rotated in an image editor. While photo managers probably can't rotate the raw data, image editors can, and the resulting rotated image will upload to eBay properly oriented.
I'm not sure what is going on with the video. Are you uploading to the designated video upload slot on the listing tool?
