Disconnecting eBay store from Sellbrite
How do I disconnect my eBay store from Sellbrite?
I want to reconnect directly through GoDaddy, but it isn't allowing me with an error that the site is still connected to another app.
I disconnected the link from the Sellbrite side, but it seems I need to do something from the eBay side to complete the disconnection.

·Aug 7, 2026 at 6:05 PMSeems like Sellbrite is still connected on the eBay side. You may need to remove its access directly from your eBay account first
You go to My eBay > Account > Sign in and security > Third-party app access, then find Sellbrite and revoke/remove its access
After that:
Log out of eBay and log back in
Try connecting eBay to GoDaddy again
If the same error still appears, check Sellbrite to make sure the eBay channel is fully disconnected there too
Usually disconnecting from both sides should clear the old connection

·1 month agoBefore you disconnect, turn off inventory sync inside Sellbrite first, otherwise it can push a last update and zero out or relist things on the way out. Once sync is off, revoke the connection on eBay's side under Third Party Authorizations too so it's fully cut. If you're leaving because it got pricey for what you needed, 3Dsellers covered the same multichannel side for me at a friendlier rate, but either way do the sync off step before you unplug.
