Crosspostit is disabling their services starting 6/1/2023, any alternatives?

Summary: The discussion revolves around the announcement that Crosspostit, a service, is disabling their services starting June 1, 2023. Participants in the thread are exploring alternatives to this service, though specific suggestions or solutions are not detailed in the content provided.

We've been using Crosspostit for 13 years and just got word that they will be discontinuing their service for users in June.  We are looking for a similar software to switch to that is compatible with Shiprush?  It's going to suck to lose all of our data and listings/templates we generated for so long.  If anyone else has been using Crosspostit, what are you switching to?

    Thanks.

Sorry you're getting pushed off Crosspostit mid-stream. SixBit and Kyozou are both reasonable landing spots, though Kyozou runs pricey and SixBit is desktop, so weigh that against how you actually work. If you want to stay browser-based with the multichannel bulk listing, 3Dsellers fills the same slot Crosspostit did for me. Whatever you land on, export your current listing data now while the service is still live so migrating in is painless.

Liberty with Resaleworld integrates with eBay.

Update: apologies, I thought this was an inline reply, trying to respond to each individual.

well looks like we're here again...received an email that Crosspostit will be shutting down July 1, 2024.  Anyone find a good cheap alternative to Crosspostit yet?

We have been using Crosspostit for about seven years. We switched from Resaleworld to Crosspostit because of similar features with the benefits of a web-based program. We received the same notice from Crosspostit over the summer and we will not contain to use their services when Crosspostit is shutdown. The new proposed rate for the software they want to transition us to is just to high and never gets their hand out of my pocket. We are considering Sixbit.

We are also considering Kyozou because of the features, but their fee structure is greedy as well. Sixbit does not offer the same level of features, but it has a flat fee schedule.

If you are still looking for a direct integration with eBay, the Liberty software from Resaleworld has been doing it for years. Other CrossPostIt users are now moving over.

    Hello.

We also use CrossPostIt. How did you hear about this? We have not received anything about them shutting down their services? Was it a paper letter, email, notification to the main account holder? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are in the same boat here at eProSellers. Are they asking you all to move to e4O? Also did you ask for an extension? It's hard to shift to a new platform after 13 years,  and it's harder to make a decision in such little time let alone implement it.

I understand they have another similar platform (eforo) and can't keep both operational with the resources they have (per the VP Ops). Problem is the cost of the new one is based on 3% of revenue not a fixed monthly amount.  This will be an expensive system longer term. Please continue to post if you find alternatives.

yeah they are telling us to move to e40, Dave at Data Age said he isn't going to just "rug" people and completely end service of the standalone product on 6/1.  He said it'll probably be end of June, beginning of July since the letters were kind of a short notice.  I also talked to our account rep last week about the price jump, we're going from paying $150 a month to $950 a month on BAD month for us in fees if we move to the new software, which is almost a 7x in price jump which is completely absurd.  They said they would send me a demo of e40...they have yet to do so and also said they would see if they can do better on the pricing and get back to me.  You think with their long time customers they would offer some sort of deal....

we called and talked to a few iSOLD it consignment shops (we used to work at those here in SW FL) and we know they are still using Crosspostit, they said their corporate hq is trying to work out a deal with Data Age and if not they might roll out their own software but none of those store owners are happy either.

I posted Kyozou pricing sheet in the previous post

sooo, I think they want to migrate everyone to their new software which I guess is just an updated version of crosspostit.  e-foro.io  but again, that's 3% of all your sales they want, which is absolutely insane

I talked to Dave at Crosspostit yesterday and he said all current listings would migrate over and technically all your listings you currently have listed on ebay should import to whatever new software you want to use.  The only thing is we use the 5 digit inventory number (that crosspostit generates) to pick and pull our items.. I think we would lose that or if you talk to whatever software provider you use next maybe they can help you transition over without having to re-tag all your inventory items

We did just got off the phone with Kyozou about an hour ago, which is pretty similar to Crosspostit and fees to be about half of what Crosspostit wants going forward.  They told us they could try to migrate as much as they can into their system for a fee which is nice, I think we might give Kyozou a try.

Did Kyozou indicate the amount of the "transitional" fee?

We are in the same position here. Do you know....will the listings we have posted remain on Ebay, or will they be cancelled on the first of June? I'm assuming they can not end the listings already posted, that what is on Ebay will continue to renew on Ebay if they are listed as Good Until Cancelled. I hope this is the case, otherwise, what a nightmare!

to answer your question though, the software shouldn't cancel your listings unless you tell it to, you should still be able to access them on ebay, the software is just a tool to manage your listings

and Dave at Crosspostit said they aren't going to rug anyone, they'll probably stop the software end of June to make sure all customers are where they need to be

I have ONLY been using CrossPostIt to have my listers have a platform other than eBay directly, but I have 20,000 + listings.  Jumping from $150 to $300 in todays world, what a joke.

I have been to our office in the Philippines and now it's ran by family, so good bye CrossPostIt and hello to have my listers log-in directly to eBay.  I will actually be saving $150.

By the way, if you are interested in hiring listers for your products, please email me at virtual_auctioneer@yahoo.com

Real simple;  upload photos with measurements and poof, they do the rest.

    Thanks

Is anyone using or migrating to sixbit?  Seems like a good answer for me.  We were looking as soon as crosspostit sold.
