You can change the name of your store within your store management page, but keep in mind that the URL that links to your store will still carry the old name.
So you if you change that store name again, the URL will remain patspotpourri2.
If you want the URL to match your store, you would need to close the store and open a new store with the new name. Then the URL would match. It is a more difficult task to keep a current store name and try to update the URL by closing and opening a store, due to the 30 day hold eBay places on stores before the name is released for use by you, or others, for a new store.
