Can't List: "A return option is missing or not valid" "You've provided an invalid shipping policy"
I have been selling occasionally on eBay since 1999. I have never created "business policies" or "shipping policies".
What I want is simple- NO returns and Calculated Shipping via USPS and UPS.
I am trying to list an item but I continually get 2 errors that prevent me from lisitng:
"You've provided an invalid shipping policy."
and
"A return option is missing or not valid. Update your return options." (see attached)
I have no "policies" set up. I checked the "Business Policies: page in my account and there are NO shipping, return, or payment policies. If I go to "Return Preferences" and look at creating a policy, there is no option to select, "No returns". I checked the "Shipping Preferences" page and likewise there is nothing selected.
On the Preview of the listing I am attempting to create, the Seller block at the top says "No returns" (see attached).
I'm stumped- I read the help, which suggest that "No returns" is an option. The AI assistant was useless (it kept asking if I am having a problems with a buyer or seller). I'm not sure what to do. Any help appreciated
