Cant generate labels on windows pc 5/31/23
Thanks so much, now I can't generate labels on my windows pc to ship out my items. You all messed something up since this morning.
When you go to the purchase shipping label, the screen comes up blank and never lets you fill in any details, the page doesnt load anymore. Thanks guys, really helping me out here.

When a page fails to load, I would recommend clearing the browser cache. Sometimes it is necessary to clear eBay cookies as well. Cookies and cache are not saved in incognito/private browsing mode, so you might open a private browsing window to simulate clearing cookies and cache to see if that also fails.
Not all failure are due to eBay. Sometimes the issue is with a browser addon or update that interferes with an eBay page. I would recommend turning off the addons for a test. Using a different browser can sometimes work the same as turning off browser addons, because the same addon may not be on that other browser.
Occasionally, the computer's security software can interfere and can be disabled for a test.

OP3 years agoIts not that. Tried it, didn't change. Tried installing brand new different popular browser and same exact problem. I did find someone here experienced the same issue awhile ago, so I made tech supt aware of it so they could look up that incident and see what was done, if anything, to correct it. Also noted that another part of ebay that broke on me weeks ago that also used dynamic page generation, the same day my purchase labels page breaks, this other area started working after weeks of not working. For me, doing search of my items on my manage listings page, hadn't worked for weeks. Wouldn't generate any list based on any search parameters, it always returned all my listings no matter what. But it is a dynamically generated page and it stopped working. The same time my dynamically-generated purchase label page breaks, my dynamcally-generated listings page starts working. Its highly non-coincidental.

·3 years agoIf you give some more details someone may have some advice. Did you refresh your browser or try a different one? Do you have an alternate shipping site to use when things are wonky? I use Shippo or just USPS sometimes when a package has to get out and I want to troubleshoot later. Pirateship is popular. No one here is preventing you from shipping.
