Can’t edit, pause or cancel my store newsletter

Hi,

I’m trying to cancel my store newsletter, but I don’t have functionality. I have tried on my pc and mac, but it won’t let me do anything. Previously I never had a problem. I need to cancel the newsletter or at least edit it because I have changed promotions on my store. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a ? button in the bottom right corner of that page where you're trying to change the newsletter? If so, click that and choose Report Technical Issue, and that has the best chance of getting it in front of the team that would be responsible for fixing it.

Thank you! I do see the question mark at the bottom right for technical issues. It looks like they fixed it because I was able to delete the current newsletters. Thanks again!
