CANT drop and drag anymore
Why when I want to create a listing it will tell me to download photos like always so I click on that, and 3 boxes appear with 1 being, choose how many photos you want to download (I have never had this happen before) When I click 6 and start to drag 1 it into place a red square pops up telling me I didnt choose the right amount of photos to download. No matter how many I choose it still says wrong number. thanks

·8 months agoIts working!! I dropped out of Sellers Hub, not sure when I added that or what it is for, but Im back in business for a single listing, woo hoo

·8 months agoIt wasn't Seller Hub - it was the bulk listing tool as I mentioned earlier. In Seller Hub you can access both single and bulk listing. It depends which option you choose when going through the process of starting a new listing.

·8 months agoIf it's asking you to say how many photos you're uploading, then you're probably using the bulk listing tool. Sounds like you'd be better off switching to the single listing tool.
If you want to go ahead with bulk listing, and you choose 6, then you need to highlight and drag/drop all 6 at once, not 1 at a time.

·8 months agoHave you tried to highlight the 6 photos? Left click on the first one then while holding the left click down press shift then move your cursor to the sixth one and release. Then drop and drag the whole lot.
That's on a PC. On a phone I don't know, I only use my phone as a phone and MP3 player so.................
