Cant access Store > Store Categories

I just signed up for the seller store subscription mainly so I can have store categories, but when I went to created the categories under the Store > Store Categories it has a message with "Its not you its us" How long has that been going on and when will it get fixed?

Both of you should put a thread in the "Report Ebay Technical Issue" Section. This is where they keep a running tally of open issues.

I also have one there with the same problem you guys are having.

The more the merrier. More posts about this issue = more awareness?
At least I hope.

I am seeing the same issue. Hopefully this addressed soon. As this is one of the main reasons I started paying for a store
